The West Virginia Pharmacists Association’s Board of Directors is conducting election of officers for the coming year with a virtual election by seeking nominations via email.
Members of WVPA are eligible to seek election to office. Candidates for office are to provide a biography of up to 200 words when submitting their name for office.
It is important we get an engaged group of officers in place to ensure we can more forward with strategic planning this year.
Pharmacists seeking office are requested to submit their nomination by Friday, October 23, to the West Virginia Pharmacists Association, 2016 1/2 Kanawha Blvd., East, Charleston, WV 25311. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org Be sure to provide an email address.
The Board of Directors will tally the votes in advance of the annual meeting scheduled for Sunday, November 8.
Each office is for two years. The positions open for office include: President Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, Institutional Pharmacy Director, Community Pharmacy Director, Employed Pharmacy Director, and two Directors-at-Large.
